Stacey Reed-MacGregor, MSW LCSW

Stacey is a licensed clinical therapist and the founder and executive director of PetraPlace Counseling Services. She is also the president of be set free. Stacey is a clinical field instructor for MSW interns from Roberts Wesleyan College. She is the Executive Consultant for an independent film project called "Wildflower" which addresses mental illness, abuse and faith in collaboration with Faith Street Films and Hope-filled Media. She is the ministry leader/Bible teacher for a women's life group called WINGS. In addition to her responsibilities at PetraPlace, she is also involved in the collaborative development of an assessment tool and aftercare program with CompassCare.

Her clinical experience and life work have given her a unique insight into the struggle and success of people seeking true freedom and healing from difficult circumstances. Stacey believes that faith in Jesus Christ is ultimately influential in speaking life into hearts that are broken and lives that are wounded.

She is looking forward to her continued work on the movie Wildflower using her expertise in the practice of mental health care and social work intervention to help create a true and realistic portrayal of the characters and storyline.

Stacey and her husband, Jim, of 27 years, have together raised four children, Mea, Dan, Mallory and Linnea. They have also welcomed, Sam, a new son-in-law into their family.
